Out of Stocks.
While we strive to keep our online inventory as up to date as possible, from time to time it may be an item you have selected is not available in the selected size, or is out of stock. Where this happens we will provide a full refund for the unavailable item, and where possible contact you as soon as the item is back in stock.
Refund and returns policy.
Any item purchased which does not fit can be exchanged for an alternative size, so long as the condition of the item is 'as sold' and is unmarked.
All items are inspected prior to dispatch, however, in the unlikely event of goods being faulty or soiled replacements/refunds will be given, as is appropriate, so long as the original item is returned.
Any goods that are explicitly sold as 'factory seconds' or marked 'as reduced to clear' are non-returnable.
P&P is at the customers expense, and should be sent by recorded post, as we can not be held liable for goods that become lost in the post upon return.
Any item that a customer wishes to return must be reported to us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 5 days of receipt of the item.
